Address Format
 
     Addresses must be typed exactly as you would like them to appear on the outer and inner envelopes. The addresses may be mailed as a hard copy or e-mailed as an attachment. Handwritten lists will require an additional fee.
Envelopes
 
     Please include 10% extra envelopes for possible errors and/or late guest additions.
Time
 
     A typical wedding of 150 invitations will take about 2 weeks to complete. Orders may be completed in five days or less for an additional fee.
 
Candles can be completed in less than a week.
 
Favor orders will depend on the complexity of the favor... but most orders can be completed in less than two weeks.
Shipping
 
     Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the final invoice. USPS will be used unless another shipping method is requested. If you are in the northwest Chicago suburbs, drop off/pick up arrangements can be made.
 
FedEx will be used to ship all candles due to summer temperatures.  
Payment
 
     A 75% deposit is required to begin all work. Payment is due in full for orders under $75. Work will be returned upon final payment.
 
Payment may be made by PayPal or check.
